KithPilot is owned and operated by AppRainier Technologies LLC. Our public website is https://kithpilot.com. For support, privacy, legal, or other requests, contact kithpilot.apprainier@outlook.com.

Adult Eligibility

KithPilot accounts are for adults who are at least 18 years old. Children and teens may be included only as family information managed by an adult account holder.

If you add information about another person, including a child, parent, spouse, relative, caregiver, or guest, you are responsible for having permission to store and share that information in your family workspace.

Family Teams And Roles

A family is a private team. Family admins can invite members, manage pending invitations, update member roles, choose plan settings, and remove access when needed.

You are responsible for inviting only people who should access your family information. Shared family records may be visible to the members and roles selected in the app.

Do not attempt to access another family workspace, bypass access controls, copy another person's data without permission, or use KithPilot for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Your Content

You may add tasks, appointments, trips, expenses, documents, reminders, and related household information.

You keep ownership of the content you add to KithPilot. You give AppRainier Technologies LLC a limited permission to host, process, display, transmit, back up, secure, and support that content only so we can provide and operate KithPilot.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to store or share with your family team. Do not upload passwords, full payment card numbers, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless you decide it is necessary and understand the risk.

No Professional Advice Or Emergency Use

KithPilot is an organization tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, banking, payment, or emergency services.

You may choose to store household documents such as insurance cards, medical receipts, appointment paperwork, or health-related family records, but KithPilot is not a medical records system, healthcare provider, or clinical decision tool.

Do not rely on KithPilot for urgent or emergency communication. Always confirm important deadlines, appointments, payments, medication details, travel requirements, and document accuracy independently.

Account And Family Changes

You may request account deletion from inside the app. If you are the last admin for a family with other members, another admin may need to be assigned before your account can be removed.

Account deletion and family deletion may remove access to records and files. Some limited records may remain for a reasonable time in backups, logs, security records, legal compliance records, or support history.

KithPilot may restrict, suspend, or remove access for misuse, security risk, or legal compliance reasons.

Plans, Limits, And Purchases

KithPilot may offer free, promotional, partner, trial, or paid plans. Plan names, limits, pricing, and availability may change before or after release.

If paid purchases become available, any payment terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and app store rules shown at purchase time will also apply.

Security And Availability

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for KithPilot, including access controls and encrypted transport. Uploaded files are stored using configured cloud storage protections, including provider-side encryption where supported.

AppRainier personnel do not routinely access family content. Limited authorized access may be possible when needed for support, security, legal compliance, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or service operations.

No app, cloud service, device, network, or security measure is perfect. You are responsible for protecting your account, device, email account, and passwords, and for choosing what information is appropriate to upload.

Service Changes

KithPilot may change features, limits, platforms, providers, pricing, or availability as the product evolves.

Because KithPilot is an early-stage product, AppRainier Technologies LLC may suspend, retire, transfer, or discontinue the service if needed for business, security, legal, provider, or operational reasons. When practical, we will try to give notice and a reasonable chance to save or export important information, but uninterrupted or permanent availability is not guaranteed.

Disclaimers And Liability

KithPilot is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, loss-free, or suitable for every family situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AppRainier Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-data damages. Some laws do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms as KithPilot changes. If changes are material, we may ask you to review and accept the updated version before continuing to create or join a family.
