Account and data deletion

Delete your KithPilot account

You can request deletion of your KithPilot account and associated app data from inside the app or by contacting us from the email address on your account.

Delete From The App

  1. Open KithPilot and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Select Request account deletion and follow the confirmation steps.

Request By Email

Email kithpilot.apprainier@outlook.com from the email address used for your KithPilot account. Include the subject line "KithPilot account deletion request".

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion may remove your profile, family membership access, notification targets, and app records or files that should be deleted under the selected family/account deletion flow.

If you are the last admin for a family with other active members, another admin may need to be assigned before your account can be removed.

What May Be Retained

Limited information may remain for a reasonable time in backups, security logs, audit records, legal compliance records, support communications, or records needed to complete and document the deletion request.

Files or copies that you exported or shared outside KithPilot are outside KithPilot protection and cannot be recalled by deleting your account.

KithPilot does not sell user data and does not use uploaded documents for advertising.
